BOX OFFICE
For most events, the Coffee Butler Amphitheater Box Office will open at 12PM on show days and is located at the entrance of the venue. Otherwise, the box office is located at the Key West Theater at 512 Eaton Street and open Wednesday thru Saturday from 12-6pm.

TICKET INFORMATION
AXS Mobile ID
AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the venue. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official marketplace endorsed by the venue.
Refunds/Exchanges/Upgrades
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Child Admission
In general, children 2 years old and younger are admitted free provided they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat. Please note that some events may have different age requirements. Please see specific show for more information.
Parking
Limited paid parking is availabale at the Truman Waterfront. General and accessible parking is available upon arrival on a first come, first serve basis. View parking lots.
