General Information

BOX OFFICE/WILL CALL is located at the entrance of the venue beginning at 12P on show days. Tickets can be purchased online or by visiting the Key West Theater box office at 512 Eaton Street.

Venue Policies

MASKS: Masks must be worn when entering the venue and moving about. They may be removed when seated and/or eating and drinking. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING: Please be respectful and practice social distancing when standing in line and enjoying the show.

BAG CHECK: Bags will be checked at the entrance. Clear tote bags are preferred.

PHOTOGRAPHY: No professional lens cameras are allowed in venue. Any camera with a detachable lens is considered professional. 

RE-ENTRY: Re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in designated lawn area. No smoking is permitted in reserved seating section.

One sealed bottle of water or one empty refillable bottle per guest is allowed
